That ring mount looks awesome.
For the anti-rotation, there are holes in the metal of the steering column at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions. I was able to attach 3/8" bolts to this, and extend the bolts through the plastic cover on the steering column to the right side, and attach a standard universal mount to it.
