Who was their manufacturer? Novatel? someone else? who makes the other company's base units and receivers? Leica is no longer selling any gps receivers or base units, if I'm correct?

Couple comments. Leica as well as Novatel are owned by Hexagon. The Leica branded agricultural gps products used Novatel gps cards. Leica still is in the gps business on the survey side.
