Subject: Setting FMX Autopilot Roll/Antenna Compensation?

West-Central IL

My question is about setting the Roll Offset and Vehicle Position:

Wrench - Autopilot - Calibrate - Roll/Antenna Compensation

Example:

I engage autopilot and am traveling North.

I turn around and engage autopilot while traveling South on the same AB line and swath.

I get out and find that my wheel tracks made while traveling South are 6 inches farther East then the wheel tracks made while traveling North.

I presume I enter the Roll Offset as 3 inches (6 inches / 2 = 3 inches) and

I would enter the Vehicle Position as Left of the Line.

Is this correct?

Thanks
