Desktop has Windows Vista Ultimate, it's set to hidden and no folders are shared.
I'm not sure I can help you solve your issue but I would strongly recommend replacing that PC with something that can run a current operating system. Vista is a 10+ year old operating system and support for it ended last summer. By having it on your network you are putting all your other connected devices at risk. For $500 you could replace it with something running a current operating system that would be much faster!
