The training video from the U of I is pretty through but boring. Their test of knowledge questions on each section pretty much covers everything you need to know. It usually takes 3 sittings for me to stay focused. The sample label they give you contains a lot of info needed on the test. My problem is some of the tip size related questions and the pressure/volume questions as my monitor/rate controller takes care of all that.
