| This fall 80 acres of 92 CSR2 farmland near me rented for $380 an acre. I know the guy who rented it but not well. My question is.... Isn't that a slap in the face to your other landlords if you're paying them less? Most of the people I rent from are what I consider to be good friends and we treat each other with respect. I've even raised the rent on myself a few times just to be fair. If I rented ground to this guy and he was bidding up other ground for $150+ an acre more than he was paying me I would be a little upset. | |
