Eastern Washington | You could setup some pages in OneNote on your iPads, iPhone and Computers. Share the notebook with the different peoples accounts, so they are not logged in as you all the time. Everyone can make changes (note sure if that is a setting), you can have maps, drawings, descriptions, linked documents etc...
Just a thought for sharing information (I use it for to-do list, maintenance records, lists for going to town, planned crops, actual planted crops and yields/production records, as well as import in the soil tests and my grain sample analysis.
