NW Central Ohio | ...I don't know about you guys...but I know I don't have to run fans on a bin that has dry corn in it more than once in the winter. I want it as cold as possible after drying...and then I want to leave it alone. I've hauled it as late as June without starting a fan. Maybe it's because I'm drying with in bin systems that have lots of air....Maybe there are less stress cracks in that corn. I know I used to send samples to some company doing research on corn quality..and my corn combined with a conventional Gleaner and slowly bin dried would rate in the top 10% of their samples every year.
