I agree hinfarm that a 1/4" shouldn't in my mind make that much difference. The fertilizer is water soluble so it should make around a little on its own. Personably I switched back to Schaffert Rebounders in 2017 and felt I had better spacing. Sometimes I felt like Keetons were dragging and rolling the seed and making my spacing uneven. I also switched to Totally Tubular this year and am very happy with that. Had my best yields ever with this setup.
