Concordia Parish La. | I have HP laptop windows 7, I don't know how long I have had it, maybe 7 or 8 years, sometime last year I took to a tech to clean it up, when I got it back he had Word 2016 plus all that goes with it, about a month ago I started getting a warning that I need a key code to keep running the program, I did not have such, now they have me shut out, and want me to buy a program, I don't remember what my computer came with that did what Word 2016 does >< and yes the tech is no where to be found
do I have to buy a new program or is there a free down load that I can use when I need a place to type up a document or any thing like that and then store in a file or print out, can one of U point this old man (80) in the right direction, Thanks for any help U can give | |
