Yes,it looks like most of the south half of Sask. is in the abnormally dry to extreme drought range. Your map was taking forever to load so I found one at the Western Producer site. We have had hardly any fog or hoar frost events all winter. Its an old saying that you get rain, or some form of precipitation 90 to 100 days following fog or frost. So that is not a good sign for us. Same last winter. Only one good scenic day for fog and hoar frost photos and sure enough, we had the first dry summer in years. Things can change fast though. Its only a couple of years ago that I was complaining about flooded crop land and mud everywhere.
