| Was at the Fort Wayne farm show last evening in the main hall and was passing the booth for a large regional seed company here in Indiana. Sitting at one of their tables right along the aisle sat 2 of their reps, in the company colors, drinking beer.
Now don't get me wrong , I drink beer but I would not have anyone representing my companies at a public function like that, drinking on the job.
It does not paint a good picture of your business to the public.
