We installed 2 new diesel pumps this summer for road and off road fuel, with flow meters. They both pump slow below 20 degrees then work fine when the weather warms. We have never had a problem before. I tried pouring Howes treatment in last month and we have used 100 gal+ and it was filled with winter blend fuel, no difference. Our previous pumps did not have meters so I think that is the problem. Curious if anyone else has noticed this.
