My podiatrist put me on alpha lopoeic acid (sp) and Metanx, these have helped the burning and needle like sensations. Mine don't bother me much during the day, but when I take my socks off they are very sensitive. I can no longer sleep on my back, can't stand the covers putting pressure on my toes.
