I googled it but it seems to be a legitimate app or add-on, it should be possible to just uninstall it or at least disable if not needed.
Some apps don't appear in the add/remove programs list from control panel.
But it could be a browser add-on, not sure what you are seeing.
What does search find if you type citrex in the start menu.
