nw NC | Okay... So I've been on desk top computer and had set up an account with Apple iTunes Store ( what an ordeal ! ).
I'm new to mobile device as I do not have a cell phone/smart phone, etc. Is there a way to download the app to computer and then transfer it to ipad? Or should I somehow be using the ipad to connect with the App Store instead of desk computer? It seems the desk computer will not allow me any way to connect to App Store. thanks.
