When I was a kid my mom always made blood pudding when we butchered a pig. When boiled and ready she would cut it in slices about 1 cm thick, fry it on a skillet and serve it with cinnamon sugar, melted butter and applesauce. It was good.
Nowadays we can buy blood pudding at some food marts, and always around Christmas time.
