Subject: what to plant for a new perennial forage crop

The hay ground we are currently haying has been in hay for around 25 to 30 years and never been turned and just seems super tired so we are looking to plant some new perennial forages. What is a good mixture of grasses and alfalfa to plant for a perennial hay crop to be fed to livestock or sell. We are looking for a mixture that will last for around 5 years and produce tons of hay each year. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
