Subject: building a webpage: pulling data from a database on another site?

I currently have a website that shares info about polled Jersey bulls. Here is the page: http://polledjerseys.com/sires.htm

I currently have to update the page every 4 months when new data is released (I haven't updated since 12-2015). My current process: save data from the US Jersey website to a spreadsheet, convert data to a table, convert table to html, insert html into my template page, upload page to my server.

I would like to automate the whole process so that when someone views my webpage, it will have the latest data in a format that can be sorted just like now.

Here is the database that I would like to pull from: https://infojersey.usjersey.com/publictools/bullseye/bullseye1.aspx

But I only want the polled bulls. To get that list, I need to click on "fitness and other traits" and de-select the checkbox labeled "not polled". When unchecked, the data on the right side changes automatically to only show the 36 polled bulls currently available.

How do I get those 36 bulls (this number changes every 4 months) to automatically appear in my table on my website page?
