My wife does all her baking in a convection oven. It's a counter top convection microwave unit. Can be used as convection , microwave or a combination of the two. Most things she cooks she normally turns at least once a half turn about halfway through cooking or so. This oven originally had a turn table but it quit working. Also with the turntable she had to watch the size and shape of some pans as they wouldn't turn. She did have a mess up a few days ago though on another unit that she doesn't normally use as a convection oven. This unit had a different operating procedure and after preheating she had to set the cooking time and when she started it back it was on microwave instead of convection. Those cakes didn't turn out so good.
