Yes it can be done. You need to factor in the buffer capacity of your soils for P & K. K-State appears to use a factor of 18 for P2O5 and 9 for K2O. This means you need 18 units of P2O5 to raise or lower the Soil P test by 1 unit (ppm), 9:1 for K20. Be aware that the buffer factors can vary by soil type and soil test levels, but this should get the ball rolling for you. Good luck!
