| If you hook in a 700 with planter software it will be pretty turn key. It will give you row shut offs (if Planter is equipped which I’m sure it is), control down force if it’s not a manual valve, frame control, meter performance, pretty much everything you’ll need.
Since you have to have it to control the frame I’m a fan of using it just to keep colors the same.
If you want more info you may look into putting a 20/20 and seedsense on it.
If you’re going to do variable rate prescriptions, I highly recommend a Pro700 over a 600. | |
