Tell your dealer to do a search for Reman and Repair in DealerPath, he should be able to find the forms to fill out, once filled out it is submitted so that Deere knows it is on the way, then box it up and send to the address listed on the form, once received and inspected a email will be sent back to the dealership detailing what the repair level will be and ask for authorization to repair. turn around time is generally about 10 days.

I have sent in several displays and receivers for repair and have been very happy with the job done, Receivers come back with a complete new housing and look brand new. 


EDIT,     I did a search to verify, have your dealer do a DTAC search for Solution #111340, this will give him all the info he needs.
