A bang/bang is still a bang/bang. No amount of playing with the electrical out put will change that. Put the correct valve on it, so it works like it should. Spend the money and put your tile in right the first time, or else you might be redoing it right the second time. Which means buying the correct valve and REPLACING the tile.
