Southeast WI | Sorry this one is on you. Nowhere else to look but the mirror. As tough as it is you can't blame anyone else because businesses such as stores have many "managers" and one hand seldom knows what the other said or did.
We had our delivery truck shell out the air pump in Milwaukee - 50 miles from home - about 10 years ago. Had it towed immediately after we unloaded into another truck. Towed to a truck dealer in the city. Bottom line? Would have been cheaper to have it towed home and fixed it here but we were in the middle of our season and didn't have time anyway. That was about a $2500 bill.
But you know what? This one only gets a few thousand miles each fall too. Never runs on salt so looks like it did 10 years ago. Only tires, oil/filter changes since and really hasn't cost us much money in the long run. | |
