Label says 15 gpa not 10, Wind speed is to be measured at boom height preferably with handheld device. 110 buffer wind blowing towards sensitive areas (trees) not crops. If wind towards a susceptible crop(liberty,rr) then no spraying

That phrase about not spraying with wind blowing towards a sensitive crop is their "out" to absolve Monsanto of any liability......
It doesn't say say 'within xxxx distance'
It doesn't say 'Next field down wind'
It says down wind period. All the labels, no matter the state, says that. Where in the US can one spray where there won't be a crop down wind somewhere?

I guess if you're field borders the Gulf of Mexico and the wind is out the north or northwest.
