Southern Illinois | if I have to sue someone you can bet it will be both if there is any doubt. Actually you already bet the farm when you sprayed it. Insurance and chemical manufacturer says its on you.
I keep hearing this argument and don't understand I guess. All of the cases around here (and there were plenty of samples to look at) never had any question where it came from.
Also, where are you getting your numbers for acres planted to dicamba above. I hear it from the mothership but all the local dealers tell me they aren't selling much dicamba.
