Good square pieces could probably still go for close to $200/acre. Good soils but bordering timber and no entirely square, $150-$175. Rough dirt, $125. Just my best estimates. You get a little ways further west (20 miles) and there is a lot of dairy and livestock competition and you can add $50 an acre at least to those prices.
