The easiest way to open LIDAR and work with it for drainage is with GK Technology Inc. Ag Data Mapping Solution. Needs to be in .LAS or .LAZ format. If they are .shp point files, could also use them. Watershed modeling shows depressions, flow paths, watersheds and more.
