I'm not sure how much internet/computer access the people of countries like Venzuela and Argentina have that would allow them to conduct business in cryptocurrencies. Also, with the price movements these crypto's have, it almost like a hyperinflation/deflation situation where a person would have no idea each day how much their cryptocurrency will be worth each day.
