You better talk to your field rep about that the serial # on the tank and stick match you could be getting into a pickle here quick ultimately your dairy or health inspector will have the say.
It should be doable. The calibration charts on the wall of the milk house will list the serial # of both the tank and the dipstick. From the factory, the numbers will match, but a replacement stick would be noted in the charts, so it should be fine.
I'm told in Australia they don't use dipsticks, but use meters on the trucks. Maybe contact someone down there to ship you an unneeded one? |
