The quickest and easiest way is to put the planting map on top of the harvest map. Change the planting map legend to product. on the toolbar right above the map, there is an option to select by legend range. select the variety you want info about, the use the query tool to see the yield in the selected legend range (the product you selected by legend color). repeat for the next selected variety.
