They have already jacked the price up and it will never get cheaper. They are now strong arming production growers to buy it as a contractual requirement. So don't be surprised if down the road they decide to sell you seed based on whether or not you use fieldview. The harvest data is extremely valuable and they are doing well getting growers to pay Monsanto and give them their harvest data. While they won't share your data, they are using it.
