I replied on machinery talk about checking the high current power. I was not aware that the problem appeared after an update until I saw it here. I would create a new configuration from scratch although you may be certain that your old one is correct.
More than once this has been the answer for me in confusing situations. Most of the time, the reason becomes obvious after you get it going but not always.
