| We are looking at Medishare. Their rules say that if you have workman's comp you must use that up before they will pay. Here's the actual wording :
e. If a Member has insurance or is eligible/ qualified for any of the following, the Member must cooperate with CCM in qualifying for such payments: • Worker’s Compensation • Fraternal benefits designed to pay all or part of medical bill(s) Those resources must be exhausted before medical bill(s) will be considered for sharing.
