S Illinois | Nothing other than the continuation of the rally that started in Jan 2016. This rally was a continuation of the larger rally that started in Feb 2009. Technically it could be argued that we are in wave 5 of an Elliot wave hence it was possible this what was seen in the decline was simply wave 4.
Edit: As soon as you open up the political side of the argument, 2009 is in play and makes those who want to argue the opposite of the spectrum correct also.
