West Lafayette IN | When investors talk about 401k “returns”, are they saying that their 401k paid them something or did it simply increase in value? When I pay a landlord their cash rent, that would be a return. If your investment didn’t “return” anything to you, than there are no “returns”. I wish I could send my landlord investors a piece of paper to show them their increase in land value and they consider that a “return”. | |
