ND | I’m not sure where you’re from but here a 500 pair operation would have atleast a few decent fwa tractors with loaders on them. We put up enough feed to feed our cows for half the year though. We have 4 decent loader tractors that get used for making hay and feeding. We also have a skid steer for fencing, cleaning barns, and handling palllets. I’d never want to rely on the skid steer to replace a feeding tractor. If I had to replace the skid steer I’d look pretty hard at a mini wheel loader. | |
