Pro for dry is you can get custom blends easier then with liquid. Everything else with dry is a con. Humidity swings can change application rates. Getting caught in a pop up shower without a tarp, and a bunch of other things. All our planters until this one we’re dry. I’ll quit using starter before I go back to dry.
