Lancaster, OH | Well, I guess being over weight and seeing a few calendar changes has caught up to me. 6.6 down to 6.3 and trying to change the diet a bit. Had mashed cauliflower tonight with our steak and it was quite good but a lot of work. Trying to cut out some bread, some potatoes, etc.
What is working well for others? Losing about 30 pounds or so would be good, but....
