if it's electric try and have three phase. Make sure the motor is extra high and dry. If it's a pump district with multiple land owners someone else is in charge of taking care of it. Serious pia when they get old ours was put in in the 70's last new pump in 98 needed replaced years ago. Also easy excess is a must not fun tromping through mud to fill the oiler.
