Hennepin, IL | Like I said in a post above, I kinda see the flaw in the plan now. To be completely clear, I was not talking the removal rate, we would be supplying the removal rate regardless. In my mind I was thinking the build level should be treated somewhat like lime which would be mostly on the landlord when it's that far out of whack from the start, maybe I was wrong thinking that way. Which is why I asked on here to get some feedback, then get accused of trying to take advantage of someone. | |
