Hennepin, IL | To give you an idea, this is less than 15 acres, surrounded by timber, with soil testing like I mentioned above. This spring was a bit of a handshake agreement because at the time he was essentially just wanting someone to farm it so it wouldn't end up zoned as recreational. Not talking a lot of money either way so neither of us were too worried about it. Still not too worried, was just a little blindsided by this is all from the conversation this spring about possibly making the rent reasonable and if it was a good year spending it on extra fertilizer.
