2089 has been our top yielder the last 3 years,this is with all the water it needs.Doesn't like to be drought stressed.
Yeah I worry getting too long season because we tend to run out of water in September when it would be trying to fill and finish. Although I will say 1751 was finishing when September/early october was awful dry and it out yielded everything so it must have had enough subsoil moisture yet. I would assume 2089 is just a massive plant comparable to the rest of the P yielders vulnerable to mid season wind and almost a must spray fungicide? |
