I believe it is time to move money out of the stock market. But I am not convinced it should all go directly into grains. Remember, only a very small percentage movement of money into grains is required to make a significant impact on price! While one is at the top of tops the other is what should be a bottom. Considering how long we have gone sideways, in my opinion we should at least hold here and trend higher.
If the worlds economies are indeed on a role, increase consumption of food is there with it. I expect a hiccup of some sort out of South America to at least keep prices stable if not give us a reasonable bump in the next few months. Hopefully testing the last summers highs. Obviously production problems on this continent are required to achieve a breakout from the current sideways action. When I say sideways action I mean the the last three - four years.
