3 bu more for Dekalb x $3.50 = $10.50 per acre x 2.2 acres per bag = $23.10 per bag. So unless a person can buy Dekalb for $23.10 per bag less than Prairie NGMO. Planting Dekalb is a money looser. So unless a person can buy Monsanto branded seed corn for $3.85 bag less than Prairie NGMO.
He is saying you have to pay less for the higher yielding corn.
