All of my bean bins are 36' also. Been in your situation many times. If you have a spreader, it works better when coring. Core it and put the back in after they have been in there 2-3 weeks. We place space heaters(ours are diesel) in front of the fans to warm them. If no heat they will be fine if you core it. They just won't dry much or not at all.
