suburb of Ontario`s Middle east
Paul just a little more. The commercial pilot of the drone said he was restricted to 1000 feet or less because the area where we live is inside military airbase. The solution to this problem would have been written permission from us to fly and do his survey with specific time frames where we could monitor cattle. We do not own the airspace above our farm, we own the rights to protect our livestock. One further judges remark. If you take a picture of my belongings,( tractor, cows , kids or wife) you better have written permission to make it public and a judge is considered public.
