Did you ASSUME he would have it done?
Your dad, brother and you need to go over and talk face to face in a rational manner with him and give him a time line or due date to have it finished or you will go elsewhere with it and no labor payment on what was done. May cost you more to have it moved to a different shop but you will have your Mag back!!!!
