Fruita CO | Well, there's slow, & then there's dysfunctional...time for a come to Jesus moment with the guy. Don't have to get ugly & piss him off, just let him know the job has drug out too long. Is this tractor outside his normal expertise? Just doesn't like you or your family? Mental block? Something's wrong somewhere. You may have to decide to take the risk of a crappy job as opposed to no tractor at all. Or worst comes to worst, find somebody else who will put it together, go in & haul it out of his shop in pieces...
PS-I got jacked up over a 4620 engine that I got busy & didn't get back to for a MONTH...they had a bunch of other tractors, & I ASSUMED they didn't need it real quick...their opinion differed...
